How is this different from your one-off services?

Our one-off services (Urgent VAT Advisory, Expert Call, Recovery Plan) are great for a specific need. Full Cover is built for businesses that want a Senior VAT specialist on call all year round. We know your setup, we handle returns and queries as they come, and we're already in the loop when something tricky happens. Less per-event cost, more continuity.

What's the minimum commitment?

We propose a 6-month or 12-month retainer, with a 30-day notice period to end. We don't tie you in beyond that. If we're not delivering value, you should be free to leave.

Will my accountant still be involved?

If you have one, yes, however you want them to be. Most Full Cover clients keep their accountant for general accounting and let us handle VAT-specific matters in parallel. We're happy to liaise with your accountant directly, or stay completely separate. Your call.

What if I outgrow this offer?

It's a flexible retainer, not a fixed package. As your business or practice grows, we adjust the scope and terms accordingly. If we ever feel we're not the right fit anymore, we'll tell you and help you transition smoothly. We don't hold clients hostage.

Will you try to take the client from me?
